The food is incredible, and easily a contender for the best breakfast in Manhattan. That is true, least as far as I know, from experience. On my most recent trip, I was already planning on going back.

I knew I would return next time without much hesitation. The Eggs Benedict tasted like pure perfection from the first bite. The Le Croque Madame was rich, buttery, and everything I wanted.

The coffee here feels a little more European in style. So don’t expect flat whites or fancy latte art here. You really come here for the food, and it is absolutely worth it.

I would still make a reservation before visiting on a weekend. The place feels lively, elegant, and always worth slowing down for.

Sarabeth’s

Sarabeth’s is a place I absolutely adore for slower café stops. It is located inside Chelsea Market, which I already love visiting. In NYC, it feels especially comforting during colder months.

The Butcher’s Daughter

The Butcher’s Daughter surprises me every time I visit in NYC. The first time, I expected stylish décor and decent coffee only. My last two go arounds changed that impression completely.
